1. Fan App Legal Disclaimer
This application is fan-made and independently created. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Rocking Star Yash, his management, film production houses, or official representatives.
2. Information We Collect
- Authentication Data: If you choose to log in via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we collect basic profile information (Name, Email Address) securely to manage your Superfan Badge and XP level ranking.
- Usage Metrics & Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to process aggregated, anonymized metrics (e.g. app session duration, feature usage) to optimize application performance.
3. Third-Party Advertising & AdMob
We integrate Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, app-open, and optional rewarded video advertisements.
- Rewarded Video Ads: Viewing rewarded ads to download HD wallpapers or earn 2x Superfan XP is 100% voluntary.
- Google Ad Policies: AdMob processes device identifiers and IP addresses in compliance with Google AdMob Policies.
4. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5+ devices, the application respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We request explicit user permission before tracking data for personalized advertising. You may grant or revoke tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Device Permissions & Camera Access
- Camera Permission: Requested ONLY when you tap to take a selfie inside Fan Selfie Frames.
- Photo Gallery Access: Requested ONLY when downloading HD wallpapers or fan frames to your phone gallery.
- Privacy Protection: We NEVER access, scan, read, or upload your personal photo library to external servers.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our application is intended for general audiences and movie fans aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
7. Account Deletion & Data Rights (Apple 5.1.1(v) / Google Data Safety)
In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements, you have the right to request full account and data deletion at any time.
